Programs

Coaching: Individual

 

  • 1 hour bi-weekly sessions

 

Coaching: Group Coaching Circles and Action Learning Groups

 

  • 7.5 hours/day

 

Certified Fitness Appraisal

  • 1.5 hours

 Personal Training and Yoga Program Design:

  • Preliminary Assessment and Goal Setting: 1 hour

  • Program Design: 1 hour

 Personal Training / Yoga Single Session: program verification, form demonstration or validation, and program adaptation

  • 1 hour

Personal Training / Yoga Series: Multiple sessions on a regularly recurring basis; includes preliminary assessment and program design, as well as on-going program adaptation, introduction of new exercises and approaches, advanced training techniques and sport-specific training

 

  • 1 hour bi-weekly sessions (reduction from single session rate)

 

Yoga Classes

  • 1 hour weekly classes with up to 10 people

Nutrition Analysis: Analysis of dietary habits and patterns

 

  • 2 hours

 

Fitness and Nutrition Consulting: Individual

  • 1 hour

Group Seminars & Corporate Workshops:

  • by hour or day, as required

E-mail and Phone Sessions: Personal Training, Lifestyle Coaching or Fitness and Nutrition Consulting

  • 20 - 30 minutes (pro-rated at the applicable hourly rate)
