Interested in more information? Ready to step into action?

My private fitness studio includes advanced strength and cardio equipment and offers a unique alternative to health clubs. I will design a Personal Training Program for you to use in the privacy of your home with a minimum of equipment needed. Workouts in my studio allow you to challenge yourself with different exercises you can’t do at home. You receive individualized attention in a one-on-one environment without the interruptions or distractions that can happen in a public gym or fitness club. One hour appointments are booked weekly, or as often as you need to make progress and feel results. Single sessions or a series of regularly recurring sessions are available. Consulting on specific aspects of health and fitness, such as weight control, can be included in your appointments. Call or email me for information or to make an appointment.
