Consulting and Facilitation

Consulting and Facilitation are tailored to meet your individual or group needs. Individual consultations are devoted to your interests and concentrate on your unique situation and goals. Group workshops are a cost effective and energizing way to experience and learn in a supportive, interactive environment. Any topic related to leadership development, health, fitness and lifestyle can form the basis for Consulting and Facilitation, for example:

  • executive competency development

Group and Corporate Workshops

Group workshops are customized according to your specific needs and are a great way to use the energy of a group of like-minded people interested in a specific leadership, health, fitness or lifestyle topic. They can be used to impart information and resources in a collaborative environment that encourages dialogue. And they can be dynamic and interactive, involving demonstration and participation. Workshops can be arranged for an hour, a day, or more and can include any number of people. As with individual consultations, participants leave with practical information and useful resources that enable them to make the right choices, positive changes and progress toward goals.

Individual Consultations

In an individual consultation, your situation, wants, needs and goals are assessed and advice, guidance, insight and suggestions are presented. You leave with practical information and useful resources that enable you to make the right choices, positive changes and progress toward your goals. We begin with you describing what you want to get out of the consultation. From that point on, each consultation is unique. I inquire about eating, exercise and lifestyle habits, physical limitations, fitness beliefs, perceived obstacles, and existing plans relative to your goals. We spend the hour discussing, perhaps demonstrating and experiencing, and gaining clarity in areas where clarity may be lacking. You are encouraged to jot down any notes you feel are relevant and I provide constructive resources that you can take with you. You can book more than one consultation on the same or different topics; however, there is no obligation for subsequent appointments.

I am available for individual consultations that are designed to meet your specific needs. A short telephone interview allows me to obtain the information I need to tailor the consultation and ensure that I can provide you with the most practical and useful advice and resources. Group and corporate workshops are also initiated by a phone interview to assess the group’s goals and allow me to design just the right program for success.
