The personal Certified Fitness Appraisal is a simple, comprehensive and proven way to
establish a baseline level of fitness from which to build an individualized road
map to achieve your fitness, health and lifestyle goals. It is endorsed by the
Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. If you really want to know what your
fitness level is and where and how to get the most results from your exercise
efforts, this Appraisal gives you the complete picture. It includes the

I deliver the personal Certified Fitness
Appraisal in my private fitness studio.
You receive individualized attention in a one-on-one environment without the
interruptions or distractions that can happen in a public gym or fitness club.
The Appraisal takes 90 minutes to complete.
You will leave with a
comprehensive written report of the Appraisal results and a package of useful
materials to help you with the next steps in your fitness and lifestyle
management program. While there is no obligation for on-going appointments, the
development of a personal training program, lifestyle coaching, or consulting on
specific aspects of effective health and lifestyle management can also be

If you answer YES to one or more of the questions on the PAR-Q, before
you have a Certified Fitness Appraisal, you must obtain a note from your
doctor approving your plans. The PAR-Q is valid for a maximum of 12
months from the date it is signed and becomes invalid if your conditions
change so that you would answer YES to any of the seven questions.
