As a Professionally Certified Integral Coach, Lynda has experience working with individuals and groups at the executive, aspiring executive and non-executive levels. She offers a resourceful, confident attitude that is supported by a steady inner drive. Lynda works in partnership with others, creating the opportunity for greater awareness of current approaches and new possibilities. She has a sense of groundedness that is combined with determination and a vision for practical possibilities. Lynda works at a pace that allows others to build sustainable new competencies that will enable the achievement of outcomes that deeply matter.

 

As a former public service executive with experience in several federal government departments, Lynda brings a diversity of leadership and management experience to bear on her work. Further, Lynda integrates her skills as a coach, her expertise in fitness and lifestyle management and her public service leadership experience to offer a comprehensive and multi-disciplinary approach to her work with people.


Lynda practices an approach to strength training known as Focus Intensity Training™ (F.I.T.) which is a fully integrated strength training method that engages the physical, emotional and mental capacities and connects to a higher sense of purpose. When strength training is practiced with intentionality it allows for access to higher levels of energy and creates a sense of personal power in mind, body and spirit. The outcome is greater results in less time. This approach to strength training is reflected in her aerobic work which integrates intervals of high intensity to stretch the limits on cardiovascular conditioning. Lynda is also studying yoga and will soon be certified to instruct yoga for individuals and groups. The integration of these three areas allows Lynda to offer the most comprehensive approach to your development.

 

As a personal trainer, Lynda brings a life-time of first hand experience in a wide variety of recreational pursuits, including:
